Senior Training Executive

To assist Training Manager in organizing and implementing training activities

1. Training Management:
a.     Manage, build up and deploy training activities assigned by Training Manager.
b.    Keep filing training documents, build up data base and report system regarding to training activities (manage agent certificate, trainees…)

3. Implementing training activities:
a.     Compose, design, store, update and edit training programmes, documents, tools of training according to legal regulation and PVN policy.
b.    Implement training for sales staff, partner, collaborator…
c.     Implement assess the quality of training activities (content of training, trainers, trainees,…) as required.
d.    Participate in  manage training activities, organize examination, issue agent certificates
3.  Other tasks as assigned by Training Manager

Qualification & Experience Requirements
University degree, prefer higher degree and/ or majoring in Insurance/ Economic/ Finance/ Banking...
Other required Degree, Professional Qualifications and CertificationsCertificate of insurances (LOMA,...) are advantages
Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skill                          
Relevant Working ExperienceAt least 3 years working experience in training in Insurance/ Bancassurance sector
Required Languages: Fluent English
Personality Requirements: 
  • Posses a can-do attitude
  • Positive and self-motivated
  • Result oriented and high commitment to work
