Customer Service Senior Officer

Role purpose
To do Customer Service task and support Customer Service Supervisor to comply with Customer Service guidelines to bring the best quality service to internal and external customers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible to interact with internal & external customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, procedure and services and to handle and resolve complicated complaints with the best service.
  • Support Supervisor to ensure CS team performance within service turnaround standard and within standard quality.
  • Build and document new procedures, guidelines to improve quality customer service
  • Proactive/ solve/ respond to complaint by letter within authority.
  • Effective building and maintaining relationship with other teams/ departments and partners to support CS daily work
  • Train and coach for new comer/staff to improve CS skills and knowledge
  • Other tasks are as assigned by Line Management.
 
Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree. University degree (Foreign Trade, Law, Social Science & Humanities...)
Other required Degree, Professional Qualifications and Certifications:
LOMA Certifications: ACS 100, 101.
Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and writing
  • Friendly and supportive
  • Well analytical skills and problem solving
  • Thoughtful, understanding, patience with a sense of responsibility
  • Good in organizing skills
  • Able to work under tight deadline and high pressure
  • Ability do multi-tasks, team spirit
Relevant Working Experience
  • At least 2 years for experience in CS
  • Experience in Life Insurance
Required Languages
Fluent Vietnamese. Proficient in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing.
Information technology/ Technical tools
Knowledge in computer software and using computer system. Proficient in Word and Excel.
Personality Requirements  
  • Discipline, honest, careful, calm
  • High responsibility, high commitment
  • Self-motivated
